What is minimum deposit amount?

There is no minimum deposit right now.

What should I do if I top up to a wrong address?

If your digital currency is sent to a wrong address, Huulk will not receive the corresponding digital assets and you will not be able to retrieve it due to the anonymity of the blockchain. We strongly advise you to check the top-up address to ensure its accuracy and avoid loss of digital assets.

What are the transaction limits on Huulk and how long does it take to withdraw ?

Huulk provides the best security for its customers. That’s why all the coins are stored in our own Trezor. It is called “cold storage”. Coins are completely secure in here. There is also a small amount of coins stored in “hot storage”. This amount is limited and withdrawing them usually won’t take longer than 2 hours. It depends on how many transactions are being processed at the same time in Bitcoin blockchain.

When you want to withdraw coins above the limit, these coins need to be transferred from cold storage to the hot storage. That’s why it may take some time when you want to withdraw coins above the limit.

Limit is how many coins you can withdraw. One withdrawal and daily limit you can see in the following table:

What should I do if I withdraw digital asset to a wrong address?

Once you click confirm in the digital currency withdrawal email, Huulk has entered the process to withdraw your digital asset, since it’s fully automated no one can stop the process. Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, we are unable to get back your coins. We strongly advise you to check the withdraw address to ensure its accuracy and avoid loss of personal assets.

Where is my deposit/ withdrawal.

Deposit times vary from coin to coin, depending on the network speed and the number of confirmations required. To check the status of a deposit on the Desktop Website:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to Balances > History using the main menu.

The deposit should appear in your Deposit History along with the number of network confirmations needed to be completed.

My CPC wallet is stuck and won't continue syncing, how do I resume it?
Your wallet is probably on a stale fork. You can always resync it from a good bootstrap file by following these instructions:
 
1.) turn off your Capricoind process
2.) back up the whole data dir (.Capricoin by default)
3.) delete everything from your Capricoin datadir except for the wallet.dat file
4.) download and extract this blockchain bootstrap into your datadir: https://mega.nz/#!Gx4TFCbB!VSyI2I_eEpbv5vNzclGGUv5302ifuSV_4IQE5FCG8oM
5.) Run your Capricoin again with: Capricoind -rescan -reindex(or you can add -checklevel=0 to speed it up a bit)
